Yes. We prioritize dental emergency cases and provide same-day evaluation when urgent treatment is required. Early surgical intervention reduces the risk of complications, preserves damaged teeth and surrounding structures, and improves long-term outcomes. Dr. DeLisi uses 3D CBCT imaging and clinical evaluation on-site to diagnose and begin treatment as quickly as possible.

A knocked-out tooth should be treated as an emergency and addressed within the first hour for the best chance of saving it. Handle the tooth only by the crown and avoid touching the root. If possible, gently rinse it and reinsert it into the socket. If reinsertion is not possible, store the tooth in milk or saline and contact Bend Oral Surgery immediately. Dr. DeLisi provides prompt surgical care for avulsed and displaced teeth, using trauma protocols and 3D imaging to stabilize the area, manage pain, and protect long-term oral health.
